Basement Renovation

This basement started as a clean slate! Concrete floors and walls to begin, we designed this project from scratch, mapping out construction of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, large family room, and laundry room! We also remodeled the stairway to give the whole space a new aesthetic.

Even more - we installed a new steel I-beam to support the house and remove 3 foundation poles! Complete with installing brand new egress windows and a second sub-pump, this basement finish was a lot of heavy lifting sure to significantly increase the value of this Oakley home!

We rerouted all plumbing and drainage and wired all new electrical for bright lighting. This space will be a family favorite for years to come.
